Jackson Crow is a 2023 RHP/OF with a 5-8 165 lb. frame from Oxford, AL who attends Oxford. Medium and athletic frame with room to fill and time to do so. Ran a 7.69 second 60 yard dash. Primary righthanded pitcher, begins his delivery with a side step up to a high leg lift, takes his arm back to a compact arm action up to a an extended 3/4 arm slot, creates some extension out in front at release, takes a short stride down the mound staying inline to the plate, drives some off of the rubber creating some arm strength into his release. Fastball topped out at 78 mph with good command, mixed in a curveball with slurve-type biting action, showed a feel for the pitch with the ability to generate swings and misses. Secondary outfielder, moves to the ball with short steps, fields the ball bending at his waist, gets under the baseball at release with some arm strength to his target, topped out at 79 mph from the outfield. Righthanded hitter, sets up at the plate with an open stance and a high back elbow, wraps barrel at load with a leg lift trigger, takes a direct and inside hand path to the baseball, worked the ball mostly to the opposite field.
