Futo Kawamura is a 2023 OF/ with a 5-7 190 lb. frame from Osaka, OS who attends Osaka Shogyo Univ. High School. Medium stocky outfielder that showed quality defensive traits both in game and in workout atmospheres. The footwork is sound with proper fielding technique. Downhill thrower with carrying accuracy to the bases. The arm stroke is clean and generates easy velocity. At the plate, he sets up with high hands and upright stance. He finds barrels often and shows no problem driving baseballs to the opposite field. Gap power potential. 7.53 60 yard. Good student.
