Samil Jimenez Reyez is a 2024 SS/2B with a 5-5 145 lb. frame from Santo Domingo, NC who attends . Shorter height with a wiry build that has some twitch to it. Ran a 6.91 in the sixty yard dash. A primary infielder, stays balanced using shorter strides when ranging laterally allowing him to start and stop to change direction if needed. Puts the nose down on the ball and lets the soft hands work, can change arm angles and throw on the run. A right-handed hitter, balanced and in line with the base and showcased quick hands quick hands with good feel for the barrel and attacked both gaps. Solid during drills with a good approach.
