Zachary Newbold is a 2023 OF/ with a 5-7 176 lb. frame from New South Wales, Australia. A mature and physical build in a compact frame. Ran a 7.35 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder who showed some intent and momentum working to and through the ball. His throws carried with one-hop accuracy. Fields it under his hips with a bend at the waist, getting into a throw where he has a shorter arm action and over-the-top slot. A right-handed hitter with even feet and a narrow base. His feet are under the shoulders, the hands up high, and a high back elbow. He gets the hands through the zone with a two-hand finish, being able to impact it to the middle-of-the-field and pull-side. Worked well gap-to-gap during his round of BP. Produced an 83 mph exit velocity.
