Mason Brundige is a 2027 OF/RHP, 3B with a 6-0 175 lb. frame from Bethesda, MD who attends Walt Whitman. Medium, compact build with present strength to the frame. Ran a 7.82 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, charges in hard on grounders, breaks down and fields it with one hand on the side of the body, quick transfer into a long arm action. Releases from a high slot, creating carry to the bag. Has good arm strength for the age, recorded throws up to 78 mph. Secondary right-handed pitcher, full windup, side step into a belt high leg lift, short arm action in the back to a over-the-top release point. Fastball plays true in the low-70s, up to 72 mph (1678 RPM). Curveball has bigger shape in the mid-60s (1799 RPM). Works with a quick tempo. Right-handed hitter, narrow start with high hands in the stance, hands drift in the load, downhill barrel path through the zone. Hit the ball hard on the ground consistently. Great student.
