Marco Nunez is a 2025 C/1B with a 6-0 204 lb. frame from Atlanta, GA who attends Riverwood. Medium, athletic frame with well proportioned strength in the build. Ran a 7.17 60-yard dash. Primary catcher, side saddled setup with narrow base, natural receiver, quick feet and gets the ball out of the glove quickly with a clean exchange. Accurate throws with developing arm strength, recorded throws up to 73 mph and a pop-time of 2.12. Right-handed hitter with the hands set by his chest, rotational upper half and generates good bat speed, showed adjustability to the path and sprayed low liners all over the field. Has separation in the hands and can turn it over well, flashed pull-side power in the round. Recorded an exit velocity of 82 mph. Excellent student.
