Kellen Colyer is a 2024 1B/RHP with a 6-7 235 lb. frame from Lincoln, CA who attends Lincoln. Extra-large frame with good present physicality. Ran an 8.80 second 60-yard dash. Primary first baseman, shows clean actions overall around the bag, has some length to his turns but fields it well and works under control through release. Also pitched, gets downhill well with little effort showing good whip to his release and working quickly through his delivery; uses his back side well, generates some life to the fastball and shows feel for both a changeup and knuckleball that project with maturity. Righthanded hitter, sets up wide and loads deep; shows some length through the zone swinging off his back side and working to lift at contact. Shows some strength when squared that projects with added consistency. Good student.
