2023 Spring Midwest Workout Showcase (Friday)
Trey Hicklin is a 2025 1B/RHP with a 6-3 235 lb. frame from Urbandale, IA who attends Urbandale. Recorded a 7.74 second sixty yard dash time. Extra large frame. Primary first baseman, works hard to get into good fielding positions with a longer arm action. Right-handed hitter, starts from an even stance with high hands and a high back elbow, utilizes a small leg lift trigger. Simple and quiet in the box with an uphill bat path. Big torque that looks to elevate with easy power. Ball flies off the bat, generates a ton of leverage. Loud contact and hit a couple to the fence. Great student. Named to the 2023 Spring Midwest Workout Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
