Christian Loveless is a 2021 RHP/IF/OF with a 5-11 190 lb. frame from El Paso, TX who attends Eastlake. Medium build with good present strength. Has a compact arm action with a high 3/4's arm slot, works out of the stretch with well controlled low effort mechanics and some lower half drive to the plate, repeatable mechanics. Fastball topped out at 81 mph, gets nice and very consistent running action and got into the hands of some right handed hitters, aggressive with his fastball early in counts. Slider is a solid second pitch with good depth and some late biting action, uses the slider as a his put away pitch. Mature right hander who gets outs. Right handed hitter, has a short swing with tight hands, swings hard and flashes strength off the barrel. 7.87 runner, worked out in both the infield and outfield. Good student.
