Kyle Ezell is a 2023 SS/RHP, 2B, OF with a 5-9 160 lb. frame from Gary, IN who attends Andrean. He has a medium frame and an athletic build that has room to add strength and projects well. Ran the sixty yard dash in 6.63 seconds. Primary shortstop that stays low to the ground throughout the process and has swift movements to both sides of his body. He has a good feel for the glove with soft, quick hands. He works through the ball well and made strong, accurate throws. Secondary right-handed pitcher that has a slow delivery and finishes glove side. He a long, circular arm action and throws from a 3/4 arm slot with an explosive release. His fastball is straight and his slider has short horizontal movement. Right-handed hitter that starts with an even base that is open. He has a short, compact swing with plenty of hand speed to go along with it. He was able to generate nice pop off the bat when he made contact out in front of the plate. Good student.
