Isaac Garcia is a 2022 OF/LHP with a 5-11 165 lb. frame from Ramona, CA who attends Ramona. Medium frame with a lean build proving to be athletic. Ran a 716 second sixty yard dash. Primary Outfielder, showing a clean first step as he worked into the baseball smoothly. Gathers to the side as he carries momentum well into throws. Clean out of hand release as he threw it 78 mph with accuracy during drills. Feel for the footwork showing and projects here going forward. Secondary Left-Handed Pitcher, working with a balanced motion showing a good tempo. Shorter arm action as he released from a three-quarter slot. Natural deception in the delivery as he lands closed off. Proved he could work all four quadrants with the fastball. Up to 77 mph with good arm side run. Mixed in a sharp breaking ball with tight spin and a fading changeup, both in the low-70's. Maintained arm speed on off-speed stuff as he filled up the zone. Left-Handed Hitter, starting narrow with an open stance. Hands are high upon separation as he worked into a quick, linear path. Proved he could spray it around on a line. Very solid contact when he timed it up properly. Outstanding Student.
