Jon Johnson is a 2020 RHP/SS with a 6-1 215 lb. frame from White Hall, AR who attends White Hall HS. Recorded a 7.31 second 60-yard dash time. Large mature frame with present strength throughout. Primary righthanded pitcher with a fast pace and long arm stroke. Good extension and throws strikes well. Very efficient on the mound with good command. Polished and poised with a fastball that topped out at 82 mph. Works both sides of the plate and shows heavy arm side run on the fastball. Curveball is a 12/6 offering that blends well with his fastball. Flashed a changeup and fields his position well. Arm strength plays from secondary position of the infield. Righthanded hitter with a wide base and spread, open stance. Creates leverage and juice to the pull side. Violent swing and is very aggressive in the box. Has home run power and will flash it to pull side. Good student.
