Clay Kindiger is a 2021 RHP with a 6-4 215 lb. frame from Prosper, TX who attends Prosper HS. Recorded a 7.90 second 60-yard dash time. Extra large frame with broad shoulders and tons of projection remaining on the build. Primary righthanded pitcher with a lower arm slot and a loose arm stroke. Sinks the fastball nicely with the fastball topping out at 81 mph. Creates some angle on the fastball with a big crossfire landing leg. Solid changeup with good amount of life and has a shorter slider as well. Slider moves enough to get off barrels. Arm strength plays from secondary position of first base. Righthanded hitter who shifts weight well and has a low hand set and a simple load. Short middle of the field approach and has a solid, well timed shift of weight. Gets lower half coiled and unloaded with consistent barrel skills. Repeats swing well with good barrel feel. Good student.
