Will Nelms is a 2021 OF/ with a 6-3 165 lb. frame from Cumming, GA who attends Forsyth Central. Long and lean athletic build, extremely projectable physically, has long levers he uses well. 7.01 runner in the sixty, moves well to the ball in the outfield, easy gliding actions with fluid body control, long and loose arm action that projects more arm strength in the future. Right handed hitter, has loose hands in his swing with a line drive swing plane with a bit of lift out front, works his hips and lower half thru the ball well and creates leverage at contact, ball comes off the barrel hard and with carry. It's all about getting stronger as the athleticism and body are already there. Good bet to keep improving for years as he physically matures. Very good student.
