Kendall Tolbert is a 2018 3B/ with a 6-3 222 lb. frame from Houston, TX who attends Cypress Ridge. Extra large build with broad shoulders and present strength. Ran a 7.73 60 yard dash. Primary third baseman, developing footwork to the baseball, fields the baseball out in front, showed fluidity on slow rollers, showed pretty good arm strength throwing 83 mph across the diamond, actions present are solid for third base. Righthanded hitter, wide base, high hand set with a high back elbow, bat wrap into load, good weight transfer in lower half leading into swing, long hand path with present bat speed and strength in swing, looks to lift to the pull side with some ability to do so, would like to see swing shortened up slightly for more consistent contact, event best 93 mph exit velocity.
