Jonathan Clark is a 2018 3B/RHP, IF with a 6-0 180 lb. frame from San Marcos, CA who attends Mission Hills. Clark has a medium sized frame with a lean projectable build. Defensively he works around the baseball well and has a deeper funnel when fielding. Clark has clean transfers and solid footwork to the baseball. He showed some arm strength up to 76 MPH with a clean arm action. At the plate Clark starts with a square stance with a wide base. He has a high back elbow and gets good coil at load. He has linear shift in his swing and gets good weight shift when doing it. He swings with intent and has a naturally lifted path. Clark gets good extension in his swing and has projectable pop. He has bat speed and showed projectable hitting tools. He pitches from a 3/4 arm slot with a clean arm action. He throws an 11/5 curve ball with some shape and spin and throws it for strikes.
