Aubrey Morris IV is a 2019 1B/RHP, 3B with a 6-4 215 lb. frame from Fort Worth, TX who attends Paschal. Large frame with broad shoulder, long limbs and present strength. Ran a 7.22 sixty-yard dash. Primary first baseman with clean, smooth footwork while centering the baseball. Funnels out front and worked through exchange with fluidity. Created good momentum to the bag while releasing from and over top arm slot. Left handed hitter with a spread, even stance and high back elbow set. Stays on back side while working to contact with rotational actions. Direct, inside hand path to contact and created some leverage through extension when attacking the baseball out front. Showed present bat speed and flashed the ability to turn the barrel and work to pull side with good jump off the barrel. Excellent student.
