William Pagan is a 2018 OF/IF with a 5-9 155 lb. frame from Carolina, PR who attends Colegio Santa Gema. Medium build, looks the part, lean frame with a physical lower half. Ran a 6.95 second 60 yard dash. Primary outfielder, quick to the ball with good footwork through gather, longer exchange that could be quicker, long arm action into throws, average arm strength with accuracy to the bag topping out at 80 mph from the outfield. Also took reps in infield, clean actions throughout with sure hands and similar arm strength as in the outfield. Righthanded hitter, wide base with a slightly open stance, high hand set with a high back elbow, short and inside hand path to ball, linear lower half, pretty mechanically sound just tends to be a bit late, mostly opposite field contact during round. Good student.
