Kyle Roosa is a 2021 MIF/RHP/3B with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from Missouri City, TX who attends Ridge Point. Medium athletic build with room to get stronger. Right handed hitter, hits from a spread stance with a limited shift into contact, uses his hips well to help generate bat speed, lifting swing with a high extended finish, will get too extended and long at times. 7.07 runner, has soft hands out front and is fundamentally sound through the ball, nice polished footwork, has some arm strength and is consistent in turning ground balls into outs. Aggressive on the bases with good instincts. Two-way prospect as a pitcher. Has a turn and throw delivery with a big leg kick out front, energy to the plate but athletic enough to hold it together, has a quick arm. Fastball sat in the mid-80's, mostly straight, gets on hitters quickly with some deception. Curveball has tight spin and bite with big downer action at times. Threw strikes and had a nice outing.
