Justin Swords is a 2022 RHP/1B, 2B, 3B, SS, MIF, IF, OF, UT with a 6-0 143 lb. frame from Douglas, GA who attends Coffee County HS. Recorded a 7.53 second 60-yard dash time. Extremely lean and projectable frame with long limbs and lots of room to add strength. Primary righthanded pitcher who throws exclusively from the stretch. Leg life high above the belt with a compact, online arm action. Flashes cutting life to the fastball and topped out at 78 mph. Extended three-quarters arm slot and has good arm speed. Attacks the strike zone with a simple, repeatable delivery. Gets to both sides of the plate effectively and a soft 12/6 curveball. Secondary infielder who fields out in front and has arm strength registered up to 76 mph. Accurate throws to the bag and a big rigid on the backhand. Righthanded hitter with a wide base and an upper half dominant swing. Flat barrel path with a contact oriented swing. Works to the pull side with a hand hitch in the back. Tremendous student.
