Landon Victorian is a 2024 RHP/3B, OF with a 6-3 155 lb. frame from Lake Charles, LA who attends Alfred M. Barbe. Large, athletic frame with square shoulders and long limbs, high waist and plenty of room to fill out physically moving forward. Ran a 7.36 60-yard dash. Primary righthanded pitcher, simple and repeatable delivery on the mound with excellent arm speed and a loose arm stroke through the back working to a three-quarters release point. Will vary looks and tempo while maintaining velocity, fastball topped out at 88 mph and showed command to either side of the plate with intent. Remains online towards the plate, will quick pitch at times and continued to fill the strike zone, curveball shows sharp, late bit up to 74 mph. Showed arm strength both in the outfield and infield, fluid actions in the outfield and balanced working through the ball while showing soft hands in the infield with an extra step through release. Righthanded hitter, begins with a narrow stance and a lower hand set which he loads higher, smaller stride moving into contact. Works on a linear path and shows quickness to hands and looseness throughout. Shows carry off the barrel when squared, worked mostly to the middle and pull side parts of the field. Very good student. Selected for the 2020 14u PG Select Festival.
