Jimmy Hutson is a 2020 C/OF with a 6-1 205 lb. frame from Prosper, TX who attends Prosper HS. Recorded a 7.83 second 60-yard dash time. Large, physical frame with present strength throughout the build. Primary catcher who has solid present arm strength that was recorded up to 76 mph down to the bag. Hands work well with a longer takeback but accurate throws down with good carry out of the hand. Lefthanded hitter with an upright, wide base and good present bat speed. High hand set with some power to the pull side. Strong swing and power-oriented approach with quick, tight hands. Timing heavy stroke but very good jump and carry off the barrel. Named to the 2018 Main Event Showcase Top Prospect List.
