Brandon Hudson is a 2021 RHP/OF with a 6-4 185 lb. frame from Waxhaw, NC who attends Cuthbertson. Flashed an extra large frame with a strong lower half showing. Long legs with some room to fill down the road. Projectable build. Primary Righthanded pitcher working into a belt high leg lift then picks up pace and drives. Smooth at times with a whippy arm action throwing across his body. High three-quarter arm slot as he hid the baseball well from hitters. Missing barrels as he lived down in the strikezone. Very strong arm showing more in the tank. Secondary Outfielder with a raw, young mechanics. Reads it well with a clean glove. Easy effort on throws with carry to the bags showing accurate to the bags. Righthanded hitter with a narrow start showing a closed off front side. Bat speed showing with an uphill swing path. Gap to gap type approach. Showing extension at time when he gets the bat head out front. Good Student. Named to Southeast Top Prospect Games Top Prospect List.
