Anthony Constantatos is a 2007 RHP with a 6'1'', 210 lb. frame from East Northport NY, who attends Commack HS. He has a thick, present strong type of body. Constantatos has a simple, balanced delivery and does a good job hiding the ball during his delivery and creating some deception. He could probably use his lower half a bit more to create velocity but his delivery works and he throws consistent strikes. Constantatos' fastball was 80-84 mph and was heavy at the plate when it was down. He also threw some fastballs up in the zone that he was able to get over hitter's hands for strikes. Constantatos slider was 78 mph with a late short break. He could probably back off on it a bit and lengthen the break. He also threw a couple of 76 mph change ups. Constantatos has a good arm and good delivery and a developing feel for pitching. He is a good student and has signed with Hofstra.
