Kyle Bork is a 2019 OF/1B with a 6-5 184 lb. frame from Alpharetta, GA who attends St. Francis. Tall and lanky build, really projectable and athletic frame with room to fill. Ran a 6.91 second, 4.75 second home to first. Primary outfielder, fields the ball well out in front with good fundamentals, uses lower half nicely into release, above average arm strength topping out at 86 mph from the outfield. Secondary first baseman, moves to the ball well but tends to sit back on the ball, clean glove work during round, smooth exchange from glove to hand, showed similar arm strength as in the outfield topping out at 86 mph. Righthanded hitter, narrow base with a very low hand set to start, quick hands, turns the barrel over really well with present bat speed, wore out his pull side during round, showcased projectable power that should continue to improve as he continues to fill out. Good student. Named to 2018 Sunshine Southeast Showcase Top Prospect List.
