Andy Morris is a 2012 3B/RHP/SS with a 6-1 180 lb. frame from Oakdale, CA who attends Oakdale HS. Slender athletic build, live body actions. 7.43 runner, game speed much better, shows ability to play shortstop or third base, quick active feet, good arm strength from low release, soft hands, aggressive to the ball. Right handed hitter, quick hands with quick, short swing, good raw bat speed, ball jumps off the barrel, opens early and looks to pull. Also pitched, sound delivery, arm works well, long easy arm action, good leverage at release. Fastball topped at 85 mph with occasional arm side run, limited feel for off speed but flashes curveball spin. Nice athlete with a hustling approach and loves to play, good student.
