Jeff Boehm is a 2011 OF/RHP with a 6-1 180 lb. frame from Lansing, IL who attends Mt. Carmel HS. Strong athletic build. Simple load, long and strong swing, looks to lift and pull, shows bat speed, solid game contact, hits with power, should keep improving with the bat. 7.40 runner, good arm strength, sound footwork, on line accurate throws. Also pitches, big leg raise delivery with off balance landing, shows arm strength, FB to 88 mph, change up best secondary pitch, stayed low in the zone, threw strikes. Two-way prospect. Verbal commitment to Kentucky.
