Christopher Salmon is a 2024 C/OF, UT with a 6-0 160 lb. frame from Ewing, NJ who attends Ewing. Long, lean athletic build with tons of physical projection remaining to be added throughout his frame. 7.57-second runner during the sixty. Primary catcher, low side saddle set up. Pops out the crouch, remaining on line to his target. Longer transfer with a compact arm stroke, putting his throws on the bag. Recorded a best pop time of 2.01-seconds, working up to 74 mph. Secondary outfielder, fields off to the side with deliberate footwork working through the ball. Flashed some arm strength on his throws to the bases, up to 80 mph as he comes from a lower slot. Left-handed hitter, narrow, slightly open stance with a high back elbow. Compact stroke working to the pull side during his round. Showed some feel for the barrel with line-drive tendencies. Tremendous student.
