Gabe Nazelli
OF - 2021 - Farmington Hills, MI
Wayne State University (MI)
A senior with elite level academics, Nazelli is a 6-3/198 pound highly athletic left handed hitter who doesn't have a college commitment yet but definitely would in a non-Pandemic world. He's a 6.91 runner with lots of quick twitch strength.
David Lally
RHP - 2022 - Grand Blanc, MI
Notre Dame
A Notre Dame commit, The 6-4/203 Lally was outstanding during his two innings on the mound, consistently working in the 91-93 mph range and showing a starter's arsenal with a power slider up to 83 mph and a fading low 80's change up. A solid athlete, he also threw an eye opening 96 mph during infield drills and handled the position well in games.
Gabriel Nard
SS - 2022 - Shaker Heights, OH
Duke
A Duke commit, Nard is a two-way prospect with plenty of physical projection remaining. He has a strong right handed bat with good lower half use to drive his swing and has plenty of athleticism and actions in the middle infield on defense. He was also up to 87 mph with solid secondary pitches on the mound.
Brady Birchmeier
1B - 2022 - New Lothrop, MI
Bowling Green State
A Bowling Green commit, Birchmeier's big tool is bat, especially from the right side for the 6-3/230 switch-hitter. His bat speed and strength at contact is obvious and he's an aggressive hitter who is looking to punish baseballs.
Luke Patton
RHP - 2022 - Ashland, KY
Army
Patton looks the part with a physical 6-3/200 build and showed a solid three-pitch mix on the mound. He worked up to 85 mph with his fastball and overpowered a number of hitters. His change up and slider were solid secondary pitches and he filled up the zone with all three pitches in a strong outing.
Brenden Garula
LHP - 2022 - Mason, OH
Uncommitted
Garula has an athletic 6-0/177 body and a strong left arm. He was up to 85 mph from an up tempo delivery and an extended 3/4's arm slot that created some angle to the plate. That angle made his curveball a tough pitch to handle when he was able to land it.
Connor Ostrander
SS - 2022 - Granger, IN
Western Michigan
Ostrander stood out in the games with his left-handed bat, absolutely smoking some balls to right centerfield and showing very good timing and hand speed. He's also a 6.94 runner in the sixty.
Logan Lockhart
OF - 2022 - Valparaiso, IN
Kalamazoo
Lockhart has plenty of physical tools to go with the athletic ability to play all over the field on defense. He ran a 7.09 sixty and threw 90 from the outfield and 85 from the infield and also has experience behind the plate.
Will Pflaum
RHP - 2022 - Grosse Pointe Woods, MI
Uncommitted
Pflaum's slender 6-1/155 build has plenty of room to grow and get stronger and he already has a solid three-pitch mix, including a fastball that worked up to 84 mph and a curveball that he had lots of confidence in throwing at any point in the count.
Ryan Kruse
3B - 2022 - Pleasant Ridge, MI
Northern Kentucky
A big and strong 6-0/200 junior, Kruse is a two-way prospect who showed just as well on the mound as he did as a strong armed third baseman, topping out at 85 mph to go with good feel for a low 70's curveball. How much he improves with the bat will determine his ceiling.
Nick Krstich
C - 2022 - Madison Heights, MI
Grand Valley State
Krstich is a strong young catcher with the defensive tools and skills to play that position at the next level. His strength gives him some power from the right side of the plate
Robert Gavlik
C - 2022 - McMurray, PA
Uncommitted
Gavlik is a big and strong 6-2/220 junior with two solid pitches in an 84 mph fastball with good sink and a low 70's curveball with good spin and bite. He looks like the type who can generate lots of ground balls and eat up plenty of innings.
Trae Cassidy
C - 2023 - Northville, MI
Ohio
Cassidy stood out for his energy and athleticism behind the plate defensively and wouldn't be out of place playing the middle of the infield, either. He's a left handed hitter with good present bat speed.
Noah Miller
C - 2023 - Lasalle, MI
Michigan
Miller is a strong and talented sophomore with tools on both sides of the ball. He really showed off his arm strength well behind the plate, throwing 82 mph in drills, and did the same with his power at the plate, especially when he smoked a ball deep to left field in the game.
Ryan Sieler
RHP - 2023 - Monroe, MI
Uncommitted
Sieler was one of the most projectable pitchers at the event, with a young 6-1/165 body and solid overall present athleticism. He was up to 85 mph with a quick arm coming through and also threw a 73 mph breaking ball.
Alex Cheeseman
SS - 2023 - Commerce Twp, MI
University of Alabama at Birmingham
Cheeseman is a nice overall athlete with 6.90 speed in the sixty and the tools to continue to play middle infield as he continues to get stronger. He showed nice bat speed from the right side that will also continue to improve with additional strength.
Dominic Mauro
RHP - 2023 - Lapeer, MI
Northwood
Mauro has both physical maturity and maturity on the mound for a sophomore. He worked up to 83 mph on his fastball with nice arm side running action and had a tight downer curveball that has lots of potential as well.
Gibson Sinke
LHP - 2024 - Hudsonville, MI
Indiana
Aside from having a great name for a pitcher, Sinke also has some talent to back it up. Slender but athletic at 6-2/150, Sinke throws from a whippy low 3/4's arm slot that can get near side arm at times. He sat comfortably in the low 80's, topping out at 82 mph.
Brady Baalaer
3B - 2024 - Macomb, MI
Uncommitted
Baalaer looks stronger than his listed 6-1/170 and stands out physically for a sophomore. He has solid overall athleticism on defense but his best tool at this event was his right handed bat, which showed lots of bat speed and raw strength at contact.
Bobby Crane
LHP - 2025 - Grosse Pointe, MI
Notre Dame
Crane really stands out for his long and projectable 6-2/175 body and has good present athleticism despite his young size. He was up to 80 mph from a low 3/4's arm slot that created lots of angle to go with a sweeping breaking ball.
Nolan Hoover
RHP - 2025 - Bradner, OH
Uncommitted
Hoover is a very interesting young athlete for an eighth grader with very good speed and arm strength for his age. He got the barrel out well at the plate with good hitting mechanics and also showed plenty of promise on the mound as a potential two-way prospect.
Kaden Warren
C - 2025 - Belleville, MI
Michigan State
Warren has plenty of growing to do as an 8th grader but he has good fundamentals behind the plate and as a right handed hitter. He'll definitely keep improving as he gains physical maturity and strength.
