Juan Diego Sulbaran (2022, Doral, Fla.) just smoked a ball into the gap to drive in a couple in the first inning. Compact stroke and good pull side juice. Good athlete with smooth actions in the field, as well.

Haden Gupton (2022, Alpharetta, Ga.) pulled the hands inside on an inside heater and shot a ball down the line. Quick hands with barrel control through the zone. Flat barrel path, leading to a lot of contact.

Tyler Mendez (2022, Sewaren, N.J.) just unloaded on a ball to left center for an absolute bomb. Compact stroke, got on time with a fastball and didn’t miss it. Went over the scoreboard in left, showing off the pull-side power.

Andrew Cheripka (2022, Woodbridge, Va.) pulled the hands in nicely and drove on a step short of the wall for a double. Short, quick stroke that generates good barrel speed through the zone. In his second at-bat, he found another barrel on a hard ground ball to third. Has shown good feel for the barrel. Hit another double in his third at-bat. Just missed a home run, showing very good pull-side power. 

Matthew Ianniello (2022, Suwanee, Ga.) kept the hands inside on a double down the left field line. Quick twitch athlete with feel for the barrel. Flat barrel path through the zone.

Rene Ramirez Jr (2022 SS, Miami, FL) impressed in all facets in a big way during this afternoon's game. Hit the ball with authority throughout, including a ringing triple into the R-CF gap his second time up. Displayed lightning quick hands and the ability to find the barrel of the bat consistently. Flashed some leather up the middle as well making a tremendous back-handed stop at 2B in the 6th inning.

Kaena Kiakona (2022 LHP, Kailua, HI) tossed four shutout innings his start this afternoon. Settled in nicely after struggling with command early, finding his groove. Kiakona used a low 80s FB and a CB with tremendous depth effectively throughout. 

Andrew Cheripka (2022 RHP, Woodbridge, VA) stood out on both sides of the baseball, hurling 4 strong innings of relief work and going 2-3 in the batters box today as well. Utilizes a side arm delivery on the mound, generating nice arm-side run on a low 80s FB that was up to 82.

Connor Fennell (2022 2B, Franklin, GA) collected two hits this afternoon including a loud single through the left side in his last at bat. Showed plus baseball instincts on the base paths and in the field as well.

Juan Diego Sulbaran (2022 SS, Doral, FL) impacted with some thump during his round. Fluid cut as he drove it with authority into both gaps. 

Haden Gupton (2022 3B, Alpharetta, GA) utilized an all fields approach as he drove it around the park on a line. Found a barrel with every cut as he took a great round. 

Tyler Mendez (2022 SS, Sewaren, NJ) took some big hacks and proved he could drive it for power. Utilized a big leg kick as he transferred the weight well into his powerful cut. 

Preston Booth (2022 OF, Kennesaw, GA) showcased his barrel control during the round showing off the power. Proved he could generate backspin and projects as a power bat.
