Event Information
Event Update:
Our plan is to keep the event open until Monday midday, then begin scheduling with the target of getting it released no later than Wednesday 10am. There is a big change in the set up of the event that we need to communicate. The Perfect Game Combine Skills Camp will be changed to a Saturday morning start. Due to the recent change restricting D1 college coaches from working Friday night camps in the Fall, we will be shifting our camps to Saturday morning this Fall. Even though the D1’s are not yet able to recruit, we wanted to get this new process started now. We are expecting more D1 coaches at our November 8th event, so we wanted to make sure we started with this coming weekend. We will be starting games on Friday for the teams that are able to play. The teams that select Friday night will play two games, then 2 Saturday after noon, then two more Sunday late morning, essentially setting these up with a great schedule layout for the weekend. The top 6 teams in each division after the six games will play in the “Champions Bracket” starting Sunday early afternoon. Seeds 7+ will go home after their 6th game is completed. We need coaches to complete the confirmation form we just via email even if your team has already paid the entry fee, as we are trying to build the Friday night list.

See the details below:
Camp is Saturday 7am check-in; Camp starts 8am Shadow Creek turf side of the complex. Check-in will be under the main pavilion (No metal spikes on the turf)
Camp registration will be open until the start of the event. The camp registration form is on a google form that you can access with this link: https://forms.gle/HT7U23wKsQQuEsXV7
Cost is $75 per camper; College coaches will be on site to lead this exciting event.
We will only have 2 Perfect Game Combines this Fall, so it is important to get the advance metrics built into players profiles sooner rather than later. 14u players should do everything they can to do this, as they can have the metrics in the early stages of recruiting showing college coaches the growth in their games as recruiting heats up in the coming years. Here is the sample profile

Teams that have not paid can pay for their entry fee can do so via PayPal or CashApp; Please note the team’s name and the event for example; “Hustle National 18u Champions Cup Stage 1 Entry”. This will allow us to code it to the proper event.

Stars Over Texas will be hosting the Perfect Game Champions Cup Stage 1 in Pearland, TX . This format is geared to get teams a high number of games with no meaningless pool games. We will be inviting college coaches to this event with the exception of D1 Coaches, as they are not allowed to recruit during the time this event is being held. Stars Over Texas will have a select group of college coaches committed to working the Combine/Skills Camp which will take place Saturday morning. Players are welcome to invite college coaches to this event as well. The format will be a championship round robin format with 6 seeding games with the top 6 teams in each division making the finals which will be single elimination to a champion. Teams will be able to play straight 9 or bat their entire lineups, which ever works for them. Our events are free defensive subs, so coaches are able to get players in and out of the games easier. Games will be held at the Sports Complex at Shadow Creek Ranch and Centennial Park which are both in Pearland, TX.

Format: 6 80-min games with the top 6 teams making the finals Sunday afternoon
Teams will selected to play 4 games Saturday/2 Sunday or 3 games Sat/3 Sun (Every Game Counts, so you need lineups!)
Champions Bracket will start Sunday after pool play is completed
*Note we are limiting the event to the first 60 teams that pay; so don't wait to get your registration completed

14u Division will be at Shadow Creek
16u/18u will be split at both Shadow Creek and Pearland
*Staying in Pearland near Hwy 288 puts you in the middle distance between both complexes, which are about 15 mins apart from each other

PERFECT GAME HISTORY

The Perfect Game network began in 1993 with a vision from former scout and college coach Jerry Ford.

That vision was simple: "To give young players the best opportunity for success, to help scouts and recruiters see and evaluate these players, and to promote the game of baseball at all levels".

Perfect Game has been hosting elite amateur events all over the country since 1997.

Talk about credibility and reputation.

The statistics below are staggering and they represent all alumni for PG tournaments and showcases.
