Preston Vehawn (2029 SS, New Market, AL) showed off the pull side strength in his round of BP, working with solid feel for the barrel on inside pitches. The swing works well out front with quicker hands.
Andrew Thompson (2028 OF, Hoover, AL) had a nice round of BP, showing the twitch to the swing while impacting the baseball often to the pull side gap. Thompson has a strong lower half with fast hands that show up often.
Parker Simpson (2029 2B, Mountain Brook, AL) had a good showing here in his round of batting practice, working on the barrel often. The swing works best into the gap for some strength.
Wyatt Coe (2029 LHP, Williamson, GA) had an impressive showing in batting practice, working the baseball into both gaps with some strength. Coe stays through the middle of the field with the swing, and extends through the baseball well.
Woods McElroy (2027 RHP, Gulf Shores, AL) had a good round of BP, showing off the strength to the pull side often. McElroy has easy juice with a lower half that fires well, generating good bat speed.
Cason Tumlin (2027 MIF, Attalla, AL) was all over the barrel in his round of batting practice, working well through the middle of the field. The swing has solid bat speed with some impact to all fields.
Luke McGowan (2027 RHP, Eufaula, AL) showed off the strength with the barrel to the pull side in his round. McGowan works with a lower hand setup with a strong frame, and the hands accelerate through plane.
Knox Tyson (2028 C, Hoover, AL) showed off the fast hands in his round of batting practice, working on the barrel into both gaps. The lower half works in a slightly spread out stance, and the lower half turns on the baseball well.
Connor York (2028 SS, Knoxville, TN) showed off the bat speed and his round, working into both gaps with the ability to back spin the baseball. The swing works a bit downhill, and the athleticism shows up all over the field.
