2024 Lone Star Prospect Gateway (11/09/2024 - 11/10/2024)

Orange V. Purple Highlights
11/9/2024 12:00:00 AM

Beck Doggett (2028 LHP, Benton, AR) very impressive outing and clean 3-pitch mix. Fastball plays to both sides in high-70s. Depthy breaking ball and changeup forced empty swings. Repeats well.

Jaxon Porter (2029 RHP, Fayetteville, AR) was a two-way standout. Worked into the low-70s and missed bats up in the zone. Quick arm, helped his own cause with loud contact. BP showed over. in game action.

Rocco Treisa (2029 1B, Indiahoma, OK) produced a loud base knock to score a pair of runs. The left handed strength stands out a good bit combined with feel at the plate.

Parker Pulsipher (2029 SS, Manvel, TX) delivered a loud barrel for base hit. Impressive BP has carried over so far and he adjusted to a high fastball very well. Quick hands here. Helped his own cause on the mound.

Easton Payne (2029 3B, Midland, TX) showed some good strength from a fast bat at as well. Physical build with plenty of intent in his hands, swings to do damage.

Junior Razo (2030 1B, Houston, TX) pieced one to the gap for a loud double. Very good piece of hitting for age and matched plane on a fastball. Stung it with strength.

Ellis Seideman (2029 1B, Flower Mound, TX) very strong kid with big lefty strength. Stung one deep to left field and raced around for an inside the park homer. Was on the barrel all day.  Big arm talent up to low-80s with angle and a sweepy slider to mix.

Kashton Capps (2030 C, Moore, OK) good piece of hitting for a single through the left side. Worked a quality at-bat in the process and capped it off with a good swing.

Wyatt Robbins (2030 SS, Fort Worth, TX) impressed with his well sequenced delivery for his age. Stays in line so well and offered two different looks from the stretch. Not fazed with runners on, landed both his FB/SL combo at will.

Jordan Parker (2029 Moore, OK) impressive piece of hitting not fazed by tough L/R matchup. Got the head out and stung one oppo and stretched for a double. Gamer facets on display and showed some speed on the paths.
