2024 High School All State Select Championship (2027-2028 Grads) (10/19/2024 - 10/20/2024)

8-Pacific Coast vs. 9-North
10/20/2024 4:41:24 AM

Kell VanDehey (2027 RHP, Lake Oswego, OR) struck out four in his two innings of work. Ran his fastball up to 80 and showed a ton of confidence in an upper 60s slurvy breaker he landed for strikes.

Ian Cabrera (2027 RHP, Eagan, MN) went three strong innings where he struck out four. His fastball lived in the low 80s and topped 85 showing strong feel for it to the gloveside. Mixed in a developing low 70s slurvy breaker.

Brody Santman (2028 LHP, Sumner, WA) struck out four in his two innings of work. Small/crafty LHP who worked mostly FB/CH producing a ton of whiffs with the CH that had good depth/fade. Also mixed in a developing SL.

Parker Robinson (2027 SS, Schererville, IN) went two quick shutout innings. Starts with his athletic 6-foot-4, 195 pound frame. Showed a low-effort operation down the mound where he ran his fastball up to an easy 82 and mixed in a shorter/developing slider in the low-mid 70s.

Kaleb Oeth (2028 OF, Verona, WI) lined one deep into the RC gap for a double. Hands worked tight on an inside FB where he created enough space for the barrel to get to it and send it the other way.

Tanner Herdman (2027 OF, Silverdale, WA) drove one deep into the left-center gap for a double. It was his second XBH hit of the day showing he has some legitimate all-fields power.
