Isander Martinez (2025 RHP, Cayey, PR) pitched three quality innings and flashed strong stuff. Showed a 3-pitch mix where he was able to land both his CH and SL for strikes. He ran his fastball up to 86, living in the low 80s. He struck out five.
Sebastian Rolon (2026 SS, Mascotte, FL) showed a live arm where he ran his fastball up to 89, living 84-87. Was high usage with the FB but did mix in a couple mid-70s breakers that produced a couple whiffs. He went two shutout innings and struck out four.
Ethan Dejesus (2026 RHP, Riverview, FL) had the best outing of the game with his three shutout innings where he struck out six. His low 80s FB (T84) produced several in-zone whiffs and mixed in a SL with a ton of upside in the mid 70s that showed sharp lateral break.
Jose Santiago Mora (2025 OF, San Juan, PR) showed one of the better fastballs of the game, running it up to 87 and living 84-86 where he produced whiffs and weak contact in his quick one shutout inning of work.
Sebastian Garcia (2026 OF, Gurabo, PR) had one of the earlier hits this game with a hard GB through the 3-4 hole. Showed some quickness to the hands that throw the barrel direct with minimal waisted movement to the swing.
Jarivier O. Maldonado Cardona (2028 OF, Arecibo, PR) had two hits this game showing some quality bat-to-ball ability. His first hit was an inside-out line drive single to right he was able to keep his hands in nicely on. His other was a hard GB knock back up the box.
Rey Rivera Gonzalez (2026 SS, Gurabo, PR) had the hardest barrel of the game with a hard lineout deep into CF displaying some above avg. bat speed and strength at impact. Has also looked the part at SS.
Will Soto (2025 3B, Bayamon, PR) has been on-barrel throughout the weekend and continued that today with two more barrels. His first was a hard flyout into CF and he followed it up with a line drive knock into right. Shows simple/easy rhythm to the hands and lower half that allow for consistent on-time swings.
Nelson Hiraldo Sierra (2025 1B, Trujillo Alto, PR) had a solid two-way showing today. At the plate he had a hard GB knock into the 3-4 hole for a single. He then followed it up with two quality shutout innings on the mound where he used a mid-upper 70s fastball that produced a ton of weak contact and flashed a quality CH as well.
