The Texas Rangers have signed first-round supplemental pick and third baseman
Joey Gallo for $2.25 million. Pick value for Gallo's slot was $1,324,800.
Gallo was ranked No. 6 nationally by PG as a high school senior. He also was ranked No. 1 in the State of Nevada and No. 1 at his position on the national stage. He was signed with Louisiana State University.
