PERFECT GAME SOFTBALL EXPANDS REGIONAL TOURNAMENT OPERATIONS WITH KEY HIRE IN SOUTH CAROLINA
Greenville, South Carolina (Monday, August 31, 2026) - Perfect Game, the world’s largest youth baseball and softball platform and scouting service, today announced an addition to its Southeast tournament operations team with the hiring of Michelle Nuovo-Golden as Operations Director.
In her role, Nuovo-Golden will oversee regional venue management, team relations and event logistics across South Carolina focusing on expanding Perfect Game’s fastpitch footprint within the core markets which include Columbia, Lexington, Greenville, Anderson and the surrounding regions.
Nuovo-Golden transitions to Perfect Game following a successful tenure with TopGun Softball, where she worked in close coordination with regional leadership to execute high-volume weekend events, manage field operations, and support team administration across South Carolina.
"Michelle brings invaluable hands-on operational experience, deep local relationships, and an understanding of what fastpitch families and coaches expect out of a premier tournament weekend," said Dominick Ferraro, Managing Partner of PG SE Coastal. "As Perfect Game continues to elevate the standard for fastpitch competition, bring high-visibility scouting and expand our platform, having proven leaders like Michelle on the ground is critical to our long-term growth."
At Perfect Game, Nuovo-Golden will drive daily tournament execution, direct venue setup, coordinate local umpire and site staff and ensure seamless event logistics for participating travel organizations.
