Perfect Game Names Greg Casterioto Vice President/Public Relations 

 

KENNESAW, Georgia (Tuesday, August 08, 2023) - Perfect Game, the world’s largest youth baseball and softball platform and scouting service, today announced the hiring of longtime Major League Baseball team executive, Greg Casterioto, as vice president of public relations. 

 

Casterioto most recently served as a vice president in the sports division with New York City-based agency, Dan Klores Communications (DKC). With DKC, Casterioto worked on various sports business-related accounts, including global brands such as Sports Illustrated, UBS, Top Rank Boxing, and the Premier League's Manchester City FC, among others.  

 

Prior to joining the agency, Casterioto spent 23 years with the Philadelphia Phillies, serving as the organization’s communications director from 2009-2021. Casterioto's efforts with the Phillies stretched to all facets of the organization, working with baseball operations, player relations, community outreach, alumni relations, marketing, and executive leadership at the C-suite level. He also worked closely with MLB's Commissioner's Office on various initiatives during the regular season and postseason.  

 

In his role with Perfect Game, Casterioto will oversee all internal and external public relations activities, including announcements, live event coverage, and media relations.
