Bowser joins outfielder Pete Crow-Armstrong as the only pair of high school teammates on the 2019 All-American team and the duo helped lead Harvard-Westlake High School to the 23rd slot in the PG 2019 High School National Team Rankings. Bowser is a strong and agile athlete who plays shortstop now but will likely slide over to third base at the next level. His best present tool is his righthanded bat and his smooth and powerful and still projectable swing.
