Ian Westendorf is a 2028 OF/RHP with a 6-0 160 lb. frame from Newcastle, WA who attends Hazen Senior. Tall athletic frame. In the outfield, comes and gets it well with slightly chop at reception. Fields out front and in rhythm. Long loose arm action showed moderate strength and high level accuracy. Right handed hitter, medium base, high back back elbow with a coiling load. Uses the lower half in unison with uppers and hands to creates loud contact to all fields. Feel to backspin gap to gap. On the mound, Clean stretch exclusive operation with medium arm ac tion to a three-quarters release. Filled up the zone with fastball and mixed in a soft 11-5 curveball. 7.77 60-yard. Named to the Top Prospect list.
