Bennie Dyer is a 2023 OF/ with a 5-11 180 lb. frame from Vacaville, CA who attends Vacaville. Tall lean build. Ran the 60 yard dash in 7.34 seconds. Primary outfielder, showed fluid actions, had good hands and feet with a quick transfer and release. Moves wel laterally, covers a lot of ground. Had firm accurate throws. From the mound, throws from a three-quarter arm slot, worked a two pitch mix. The fastball sat 72-75 mph topping out at 77 mph, creating a lot of ground ball outs. Left handed hitter, hits from a narrow stance, had good timing and barreled some balls up. Hit the ball well on a line in the gaps. Excellent student.
