Braxton Beasley is a 2022 2B/OF with a 5-10 140 lb. frame from Oneonta, AL who attends Oneonta. He ran a 7.81 second sixty. A primary second baseman with a lean wiry frame. On the infield he showed some feel for the footwork on the approach stopping his feet to receive the ball with firm hands and showed the ability to change the slot on his throws. Right-handed hitter, starts with a narrow base using a toe tap trigger with a bigger weight shift into contact showing little hand movement pre-swing. The barrel works level through the zone with a long finish through the ball using the middle of the field with a more line drive approach. Very good student.
