Cameron Sublett is a 2023 OF/LHP/1B with a 5-11 145 lb. frame from Hickman, KY who attends Hickman County. Slender young build with lots of room to get stronger. Right handed hitter, hits from a square and balanced stance with a short stride into contact, rotational upper body swing, chokes up on the handle for better barrel control, downhill swing plane with contact to all fields. 7.47 runner in the sixty. Primary outfielder who goes after the ball aggressively in the outfield, good idea on his footwork into his throwing, developing arm strength. Also plays some first base. Took a turn on the mound, rotational delivery with some drift out to landing out front, lower half mechanics to time his arm consistently. Best pitch was a mid-60's slider he commanded well with good spin. Fastball topped out at 70 mph. Excellent student.
