Cole Chatterjee is a 2024 1B/LHP with a 5-9 149 lb. frame from Los Altos, CA who attends Pinewood. He has a medium frame with a thinner build and room to add strength. Ran the sixty yard dash in 7.96 seconds. Primary first baseman that has young footwork. He fields the ball cleanly and makes accurate throws. He could add more velocity by utilizing his lower half more and following through better. Secondary left-handed pitcher that works exclusively from the stretch. He has a knee to belt leg kick and lands slightly open. He has a medium arm action and throws from a low 3/4 arm slot. He has a slow motion and features a fastball/curveball combination. His fastball has some arm side movement that causes hitters to swing and miss. HIs curveball is a slow breaker that shows occasional horizontal movement. Left-handed hitter that starts in a wide stance that is slightly squatty with his weight all the way back. He has a gap-to-gap approach and showed nice pop to the pull side. He does a nice job of staying inside the ball with a direct swing path. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
