Adrian Perez is a 2023 SS/MIF, OF, UT with a 5-8 155 lb. frame from Pasadena, TX who attends Deer Park. Recorded a 7.10 second 60-yard dash time. Primary shortstop with a medium frame and slender athletic build. Works low through the ball in the infield with solid gather to exchange and throws across the diamond at 80 mph. Feel for the leather to both sides with developing accuracy on the move. Secondary outfielder with aggressive approach to gather working through the ball. Clean one-hand gather and throws to the bases at 81 mph. Right-handed hitter with a balanced and slightly open stance in the box. Hanging knee-lift trigger stride with level path through the zone. Middle field approach with lofted path to the pull side with contact out front. Excellent student.
