Justin Tieman is a 2028 RHP/UT with a 6-0 140 lb. frame from Phoenix, AZ who attends Sunnyslope. Features a taller build with some lean projection. Ran a 7.39 60-yd dash. At 1B, showed quality actions. Fields in rhythm with showed good glove actions with clean out front reception. Was quick on DPs showing smooth outside turns. Quality/easy arm strength on throws across that were accurate. At the plate, sits in a medium base with hands that hold a barrel flat to the shoulder and maintain into launch. Real simple/quiet forward move that maintains balance. Barrel works on an on-plane path with a level finish. Avg. bat speed but some quality feel for the barrel that translated in-game. On the mound, showed a clean/repeatable operation. Small drop in driveleg and lands on-line. Worked fast and will mess with timing. Longer takeaway of the arm that works loose to a normal 3/4 slot. FB was up to 81 that flashed some running action and that he threw strikes with but got hit a bit. Mixed in a SL with slurvy shape and decent late depth.
