Dustin Disney is a 2023 1B/ with a 6-2 220 lb. frame from Valencia, CA who attends Oaks Christian. He has a large frame with a thick build. Ran the sixty yard dash in 8.90 seconds. Primary first baseman that moves well for his size and lets the ball get deep as he is fielding it, but shows the ability to field it cleanly. He showed a solid arm, and did a nice job making all of the plays. Offensively, he starts in an even base that is slightly open and a high back elbow. He has a longer swing that allows him to utilize his strength. He utilizes a right-center field approach, allowing him to let the ball travel deep into the hitting zone before making contact. He does a nice job shifting his weight and could generate even more power with more hip engagement.
