Nathan Striplin is a 2028 3B/RHP/C with a 5-10 155 lb. frame from Milner, GA who attends Lamar County Comprehensive. Medium athletic build with plenty of room to get stronger. 7.50 runner in the sixty. Primary third baseman on defense, has some foot quickness and gets to the ball well, tends to stop to throw, some carry on his throws from age and changed his arm slot well. Right handed hitter, starts from a narrow and slightly closed stance, upper body swing with a locked up back side, has some hand strength and can whip the barrel and create some lift, hits gap to gap, has hitting tools to develop with adjustments and additional strength. Also pitched, works exclusively from the stretch with a simple delivery and an open landing out front, 3/4's arm slot, repeats his mechanics well. Fastball topped out at 81 mph with some arm side life. Created some spin on a soft big breaking curveball, cut some cutting action on his change up. Has pitching talent to continue to develop.
