Yoshinari Tsuge is a 2026 UT/RHP, OF with a 5-4 125 lb. frame from Irvine, CA who attends Portola. Features a wiry, lean frame. Ran a 7.41 second sixty yard dash. Primary Right-Handed Pitcher, side steps to a belt high lift, shows athleticism down the plane. Present arm speed with release out of a three-quarters slot. Fastball was commanded well showing slight arm side run. Breaking ball had some slider movement when he increased velocity. More to come with growth. Secondary Outfielder, he charged the ball with intent showing a good glove and feet. He was accurate throughout. Right-Handed Hitter, he has a medium base with a toe tap trigger. He has a direct, downhill path with a middle of the field approach. Showed some bat speed and feel for the barrel with more to come. He is a great student.
