Jack Lewis is a 2027 C/RHP, 1B, 3B, SS, OF with a 5-10 160 lb. frame from Edgerton, KS who attends Gardner Edgerton. Average medium size frame. Ran a 7.35 60-yard dash. Primary catcher with developing three part footwork, long arm action and developing arm strength with above average accuracy to the bag. Showed some fundamental footwork in the outfield was well, developing ability to work through the baseball with an accurate throwing arm. Hit from an even base at the plate with toe tap timing. Some in sync swings with backside rotation at times, occasionally over rotational, vertical bat path through the zone and the spatial awareness to create some leverage in the swing, average barrel control. A right-handed pitcher that was stretch only on the mound. High three-quarter arm slot, flat arm with short arm action. Fastball was in the low 70's, filled the zone with strikes. A curveball with inconsistent shape but does have the ability to land it in the zone some, got off the mound and fielded the position well. Named to Central Prospect Showcase Top Prospect List.
